The International Conference Accounting, Leadership and Innovation for a Sustainable Future (ALISF 2025) was organized by the University of Economics and Business, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-UEB), in collaboration with international academic partners including STIE YKPN (Indonesia), the Association of Business Executives – ABE (United Kingdom), and National Taipei University (Taiwan). The conference brought together scholars, practitioners, and policymakers from different countries to exchange research findings and discuss emerging issues related to accounting, leadership, innovation, and sustainable development. In an era characterized by rapid digital transformation, technological advancement, and increasing environmental and social challenges, organizations are facing growing pressure to adopt more responsible, transparent, and innovative practices. Accounting systems, leadership approaches, and organizational innovation play an essential role in guiding strategic decision-making and supporting sustainable development. Against this backdrop, ALISF 2025 aimed to provide an interdisciplinary platform for researchers and professionals to share ideas, present new evidence, and explore practical solutions to contemporary challenges. These proceedings volume presents a selection of peer-reviewed papers submitted to ALISF 2025. The contributions reflect diverse perspectives and methodological approaches, offering valuable insights into how accounting, leadership, and innovation can contribute to sustainable development in both public and private sectors.
