Warmly welcome to the 2025 International Conference on Digital Economy and Fintech Innovation (DEFI 2025)!
It is our great pleasure to present the program and proceedings of the 2025 Conference on Digital Economy and Fintech Innovation, held on December 20, in Danang, Vietnam. The conference is co-organized by Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (Vietnam) and Kyung Hee University with technical support from IEEE Circuits and Systems (CAS) Vietnam Chapter. The conference also is supported and accompanied by the research and training institutions belonging to the ASEAN Consortium for Innovation and Research (ACIR).
The DEFI conference was established as an international scientific conference with a prestigious brand in the scientific community not only in Vietnam but also around the world in the field of digital economy and fintech innovation. DEFI provides an international forum for researchers, engineers, and practitioners to exchange ideas, discuss research results, and present the latest innovations to drive advanced digital economy and fintech innovation, etc... The conference brings together a diverse community of scholars and professionals from academia and industry to explore emerging challenges and opportunities in integrating artificial intelligence and information technology to digital economy and fintech innovation.
All papers submitted to DEFI 2025 are reviewed closely and thoroughly by 02-05 reviewers with appropriate expertise, with professional advice from reputable scientists in the fields of digital economy and fintech innovation. The DEFI 2025 conference received 86 submissions, and 30 papers have been selected for this volume to present in poster at an acceptance rate of 35%. In addition, the conference has two keynotes from the leading researchers in the field such as Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Dr. h.c. Herwig Unger: University in Hagen, Germany; Dr. Sangwon Ko – Senior Research Fellow at the Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI). We believe the papers presented in this volume reflect the depth, diversity, and innovation of ongoing research in these areas and will inspire future collaboration and advancement.
